Meet our Attorneys

James A. Walcheske

Over the course of his career, James has handled hundreds of employment law matters, ranging from drafting employment applications to complex federal court litigation, including discrimination, Family and Medical Leave Act, retaliation, whistleblower, and harassment cases.  He has counseled and assisted clients through workplace issues and has successfully resolved matters outside of the courtroom through mediation and informal settlement.

Scott S. Luzi

Attorney Luzi has devoted his professional career to employment law and to assisting clients in all aspects of and the employment relationship.  He has represented clients in a variety of cases and situations, ranging from mediations, to administrative proceedings, and hearings, to contract reviews and negotiations, to complex discrimination, harassment, Family Medical Leave Act, and retaliation litigation in federal court.

David M. Potteiger

David M. Potteiger joins Walcheske & Luzi with a considerable wealth of experience. Practicing since 2007, David has built his reputation as an impassioned and zealous advocate, which he displays in both his trial and appellate practice.

Matthew J. Tobin

Attorney Matthew J. Tobin is a lifelong Wisconsin resident and proud graduate of Marquette University High School, Marquette University, and Marquette University Law School. Matthew’s passion for employment began in law school where he was the President of the Labor and Employment Society and also a Research Assistant for the Director of Marquette’s Labor and Employment Law Program.
