Over the course of his career, James has represented hundreds of individuals in employment law matters, ranging from simple contract reviews to complex discrimination and harassment cases. He has counseled and assisted individuals with their severance and non-compete agreements and successfully resolved claims through mediation and informal settlement.

Scott Luzi
Attorney Luzi has devoted his professional career to employment law and to assisting employees in all aspects of and the employment relationship. He has represented clients in a variety of cases and situations, ranging from mediations, to administrative proceedings, investigations, and hearings, to contract reviews and negotiations, to complex discrimination, harassment, Family Medical Leave Act, and retaliation litigation in federal court.
